I did a screening interview with a recruiter. The recruiter explained the position and then extended an interview with the onsite manager. The onsite manager allowed me to shadow first with a PCT and talk with the nurse on duty. Then I discussed the position with the hiring manager. The entire process took one week with an offer. They were very professional.

It is an Interactive , easy and not intimidating interview. Called me back for offer within 2 weeks. I was interviewed by 2 FA. The interview is structured and they were friendly .

Over the phone interview, very chill. After the interview, they invited me for a job preview to come in for one hour in the hospital - meet the team, get a tour, put on the floor with a nurse, and shadow, and see what they go through, and see the pt’s. If everyone agrees yes, then they present formal offer.
