Pretty extensive interview process, 4 interviews in total, phone screen, hiring manager, case study, and finally in person 6 hour multiple panel interview. They really focus on culture and Davita values, can be a little much but really value their culture and work life balance. Really promote that working at Davita is more than a paycheck and really want everyone to be involved in their ideals.
