The interview was a relatively informal 20-minute interview. They asked a few personality questions and checked that the job requirements were something I was comfortable doing. The largest part of the interview involved the manager selling the position to me and explaining the potential compensation the role can earn.

Over the phone then another in-person interview. Over the phone interview is brief, mostly describing the position and pay then asking a couple questions that you are aware of the requirements and needs of the job then asking if you would like to schedule an in-person interview
