One of the most bizarre interview experiences. I got to the building early and was watching employees arrive for work. 90% of them were men, which was odd for a company that boasts about being "woman owned and run." I had to fill out a weirdly long application after I arrived. I was interviewed by two people. One of whom was very personable and nice. However, the one who was actually running the interview was impossible to connect with. He read all of his questions off a sheet and didn't seem to register or react to anything I said the entire time. He also called the other person in my interview by the wrong name multiple times which was uncomfortable. They told me I would hear back either way but I never did, which honestly was fine. I was just glad to get out of there.
