Interview
It was tradiional. The HR asked generic HR questions like why are you seeking new employment, career aspirations, etc. The technical interviewers aksed for the usual texhnical IT experience and roles I have handled, people management, customer management.

Question 1
Can you handle a team of around 30 Helpdesk agents and around 80 Desktop technicians and several groups of IT teams from different disciplines like Windows, Unix, AS400, Network, Security, etc. And make them follow the ITSM processes?
