Applied online, was called by HR the day after, interview the day after that, interviewed with 3 managers(2 one day, and 1 the following), got an offer the day after second interview

Followed STAR format. Time when you overcame adversity, prioritized, solved a technical problem, dealt with team members
2 on 1 interviews with engineers not on the team I'd be working with. They interviewed all the students with preselected questions and STAR method. Seems like answers were typed out on a form of some sort
STAR was used during the interview process. My interview was over the phone, so I cannot go into detail on an in-person interview. Overall the interview went great and I ended up getting the job.
