2 on 1 interviews with engineers not on the team I'd be working with. They interviewed all the students with preselected questions and STAR method. Seems like answers were typed out on a form of some sort

It was the STAR based interview so everything was behavioral and how you act in situations. My interview personally was a phone interview and was one on one but I heard from other co-op students it was a group. I had to meet once in Detroit before they decided to hire me and it was the manager at the branch I resided.

STAR was used during the interview process. My interview was over the phone, so I cannot go into detail on an in-person interview. Overall the interview went great and I ended up getting the job.
