Interview
initially, there was a pre-hire assessment test, followed by a phone interview. The interview lasted for 1 hour and had behavioral questions and a few technical questions. STAR based answers for behavioral questions were expected.

Asking about 5 questions and you should answer those questions. they are friendly. you should be prepared and everything will be good. they also ask questions from the resume. there should be 3 interviewers and sometimes 2 interviewers .

Applied at university career fair, told to apply online on their website as well, then went in for an in-person interview in at their headquarters in Detroit, MI. Asked purely behavioral questions that I was told to answer using the STAR method.
