The interview process was thorough, the interviewers asked important questions and listened well to my answers and responses. There were multiple rounds of interviews with different interviewers, all of which were extremely friendly.

Phone interviews all the way. Team questions, only see people once hired. Standard interview questions and then benefits/role explanation. The benefits and scheduling weren't exactly as promised in the interview. Benefits were pretty great but the "flexible scheduling" wasn't flexible.
