I applied online. I interviewed at DRW (Austin, TX) in Jan 2021
Interview
I submit my resume on the website and in 24 hours I received a link to online assessment. The online assessment takes about 30 minutes and consists of 8 questions. Of which 6 multiple choices, 2 enter the black.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
You run a linear regression y = ax + b and later you found that x should be dependent and y should independent. i.e x = cy + d. Without rerun the regression, you compute c and d as c = 1/a and d = -b/a. Will you prediction overestimate, underestimate or neither
Disorganised. Would contact me to reschedule at the last minute. Interviewers not very friendly. Asked questions that did not seem fully relevant to the job. Not enjoyable experience and have had others say the same.

Online test after cv application. Applied online and took the test the following week. Process is smooth and quick. Not muchc else to say. I got rejected immediately after the test as I wasn't prepared. Heard on the street was a good source I found.
