DOWC interview questions

I interviewed with this company in their office last October. The office itself is very nice, with a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. However, the interview process felt somewhat unstructured. Initially, I was interviewed by mid-level employees, and the conversation felt more casual than formal. My discussion with the manager was brief, lasting only about 20 minutes, but it was positive. After receiving encouraging feedback, I expected to hear back from them. Unfortunately, they never followed up, and after three weeks of waiting, I had to reach out myself—only to be informed that they had decided to move forward with other candidates. I wish they had communicated their decision proactively rather than leaving me to follow up on my own. In general, I would recommend if you receive an offer.

2 technical Rounds. It was not too difficult. Prepare the technologies well. Learn about the company. Initial round was good. Final round is with the CEO. Overall it was a good interview experience
