Applied online. Got an HR call then several rounds of interviews including an in-person interview. Interviews consisted of questions regarding my resume, what-if scenarios, and the job description. This company has been very unprofessional. HR tried to lowball me in the beginning, asking what the lowest amount of pay I'd be willing to accept. Then, after doing multiple rounds, I get ghosted. Not even a response to my follow up email. Just absolutely no courtesy for the candidates they interview.

More than one round. Talking to different people from different departments. Good culture. Honest in describing pros and cons. Hiring manager gathers the info from all other members and them decides.
