Technical interview followed by a behavioral, and then an on-site superday. Very pleasant interviewers who want to see how your brain thinks; show your thought processes out loud as best you can.

Draw a stress-strain curve, cantilever beam shear and bending diagrams
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at DMC in Oct 2025
Interview
It was an online interview, it started with a brief “introduce yourself” and was followed by 5 technical questions. They were physics, pseudo code, systems, and mechanical engineering related. It was through an online whiteboard where you wrote/sketched your answers directly to the document.
Very typical. It got somewhat technical but not until after the first stage. They were very willing to share about the company, current projects, and expectations. It was a pleasant experience overall.
