it was the whole day, lasting from 9am to 3pm. We were assessed through three types of interviews - a 30 minute partner interview, 40 minute case study presentation, 30 minute group discussion.
Standard video interview. You have 1 minute to prepare and then answer the interview questions. There are two warm-up questions for the interviewer to know more about the candidate, but I am not sure to what extent you will be assessed by this.

Group exercise (3/4 candidates), individual presentation (15 minutes) to a partner with follow up questions and a motivational/ strength based interview (1 hour) to another partner with prompting questions to expand on your answers.
Quite interactive - 1 partner asked competency questions; another round of group interview testing commercial awareness; another round of individual presentation on a commercial case study
Overall people r quite supportive - not harsh on interviewees
