I only had one interview with the only partner I was going to work with, it went great and I had a offer the next day, the whole process was very quick and straight forward

Fair process. Was organized. Many partners and associates attended interview. Was able to ask questions and felt comfortable with the process. The talent team did a good job keeping you updated through the process as well.
20 min chat with one of the partners, following a first interview with the practice head. The first contact was mediated by the recruiting team. The interview was conducted in English, even though both the partner and the candidate had the same native language.
