Extremely Impersonal. I received an email to take an assessment. The assessment included various questions from and extremely outdated version of MS Word and a hands on version of MS Word. There's a slight problem here. If you click the wrong tab--BOOM. Wrong. Excuse me for having the update version of MS Office.
Then, go on to the portion where they want you to type and format. I tried a shortcut key. BOOM. Wrong.
If you ask me...Stay away.

MS Office Question - "Click the 'view side by side button'"
Same ad the last person very impersonal process never get to speak to any one . they use HireView for the first stages and your speaking to yourself. You get 30 seconds to prepare. Phase 2 is and very outdated version on Microsoft Office you have to answer questions that have changed even taking the long version the answer was wrong. So I’m not sure how you want people to join your law Firm and your not keeping up with technology!
