I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at DISH
Interview
I applied on-line and researched a recruiter. I then was contacted and had a one hour phone interview. The recruiter followed up by sending me a link for a computer test. A month after the test, I finally had a one hour face-to-face with a regional director. Then there was silence for another month. I was finally contacted again to take some more on-line tests. Ugn..I thought I was finished with school!..any how..the process was painstakingly long...I found another position with their competition.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Nothing difficult. just about past experiences, driving a team, and P&L responsibility.
Only question I remember is tell me about a time you had to manage through uncertainty. What did you do and how did you succeed?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DISH (Oklahoma City, OK) in Oct 2019
Interview
Take 2 assessments, phone interview then in person, does not seem like a place I would feel welcomed, the atmosphere seemed very draining when you walk in. The managers seemed to be distracted and look like zombies.

Interview
Useless recruitment! Recruiters are paid based on the number of interviews they schedule and conduct. I applied to three positions throughout various parts of the country. I was contacted by three separate recruiters. During the interview for two of the positions it was established that Dish was looking for local candidates only. Why call me? Why schedule an interview? Please refer to the second statement of this review. What a waste of time! In two out of three positions and after the interviews they went with internal candidates.
