The IQ test required by Dish is one of the hardest tests I have ever taken; however, as an applicant, this happens fairly quickly. Everything after that takes patience. I tested in March. I had my first live interview in late April and was offered an initial position in May. I was not interested in the position offered and in June I was brought in to interview for a different position. After several more months I was offered that position.

First there is a phone interview with recruiting, then there is a phone screen, then you have to take assessments, then there is a round of 5-6 interviews, and then there is a final interview
