Interview process too long for the job. Started off with HR representative then went to a program manager. After about a week interviewed with Operational manager then a week later met with the director of operations. During these times also had to take tests and submit to background and drug testing.

Applied in person. took an IQ test and interviewed with HR and then with the GM. The whole process took a little over an hour. Offered the job on the same day
