DISH Competitive Analyst interview questions

The Skype interview was set up by an internal recruiter. The Hiring Mgr was about ten minutes late and got right to business when he came in, no small talk. He asked what I knew about Dish Networks, and I gave him a 60 second rundown including their recent spectrum purchase issues. He asked what kind of environment I would thrive in. I guess I should have said that I would prefer to work with a bunch of lazy bums or that I would prefer to be sequestered in a cubicle for 40 hours a week because when I said that I enjoyed environments with work ethic where everyone pulled his/her weight and also be helpful to others, he became disinterested. He then wanted to know if I had any questions, as if the interview were over, which I realize now it actually was, regardless of what was said afterword.
