The interview process followed a strict STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) format, where the panel prioritized concrete, data-driven answers over general summaries. They were looking for specific examples of past performance, requiring me to articulate the exact steps taken and the measurable outcomes achieved. Be prepared to provide granular details and quantifiable results, as they are looking for a clear "before and after" for every scenario discussed.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DISCO in Sept 2025
Interview
3 Step process, was not chosen for the third step of the interview despite researching thoroughly the company responsibilities on top of a referral. Was not given feedback or reasoning either. Do not recommend unless you are an experienced salesperson.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DISCO (Austin, TX) in Sept 2025
Interview
I went through all the rounds at DISCO and had positive feedback during and after each round. The interview process was not difficult, but they did make me prepare a presentation for the final round on-site. The next morning I get a call from the recruiter saying that they were very impressed and implied that I should be hearing good news. Ultimately, the team decided to prioritize other candidates with more experience (I have 2 years experience and this a "development" role). They ended up taking down the position and reposting it about a few days later.
