4 rounds: recruiter phone call, hiring manager call 1:1 on video, design challenge on figma share screen, then final panel group interview (more of a formality if you’ve made it this far)

Interview
Was set up by outside recruiter. Seemed like a good opportunity with a robust team.
1st interview after recruiter screener was Teams meeting with hiring manager
2nd interview was a whiteboard session in FigJam
Didn’t make it to next round that was supposed to be a panel presentation.
The whole process took 6 weeks before I was told the outcome. The scheduling requests were a little ridiculous- asking me to meet for the whiteboard session with just a few hours notice and no explanation as to why the rush. Hurry up and wait for them to decide on next steps. Got the feeling they were disorganized.
