one interview with the store manager followed by a week to hear back from them. contacted and offered right after the week period, no negotiation because they are set in the limit of money they can offer to all employees.
Quick and easy interview process. Only had to do one interview with the general manager. Not too many questions and was able to get information on start date at the time of interview.

The interview is simple. The Manager asks from a list of required questions. About 15 minutes long. Typically, an individual interview. Job was offered at interview. Very casual, relaxed environment.
