I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (Suffolk, VA) in Jun 2018
Interview
Spoke with the Store Manager for about 45 minutes on June 26, 2018. Covered my background (previously worked for the company as a Club Technician for 14 years) and my interest in serving the store's customers. Finished with a 55 question survey covering hypothetical situations, most of which were better suited for those facing personnel managerial level situations. Next day (June 27, 2018) was sent a rejection email from the company. I phoned the administrative assistant and was told I was rejected due to failing that computerized survey.

Interview
Short and Easy. Asked about availability, golf experience such as handicap, clubs, and how much I play. It was a part-time job so I didn't stress too much. It's true that I love and play golf so answers were coming from the heart and interview was more enjoyable than other places.
