An HR reached out first, and had a call with the HR after. Then scheduled for the second round, which was on-site in person interview with the operations.
It was a very standard engineer type of interview, asked for previous experiences and some behavioral questions.

Interview
Phone screen with recruiter. Then interview with GM, BD and engineer. Then offer. They were willing to negotiate. Overall process was less than six weeks from application to start date.
