Started with a 30 minute phone call where i answered just some basic questions. Then I was invited to college day which was a 5 hour event where lots of employees and college recruits showed up. I gave a 5-minute-me presentation and had multiple interviews. I did well and got an offer at my choice of one of three locations, so i picked the one closest to me. However, when that location was only hiring for a weekend shift, i declined and was then told I cant hear from the other two locations because I MUST be willing to take an off shift as a college recruit. Be sure to ask what shift you are applying for before you make any decisions about working location
Pretty quick communication with recruiters over email, not a hard interview and they were very kind. Pretty basic questions, I don't think they asked about hard skills. I would say this is one of the better interviews I've had.
I interviewed at DHL Supply Chain (Mississauga, ON)
Interview
it went in 3 phases, profile Presenation, GD and PI. howver the responce was very very delayed.
I mailed very often but no reply from the management. the process of very rigorous
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DHL Supply Chain
Interview
They will ask behavioral based questions. There will be 2 people conducting interview. Make sure you answer in STAR method. I think they asked about 10 questions. Be prepared and it will be easy.
