Very straight forward, all behavioral questions. Know what projects you have worked on and know times of disagreement when working in groups. Research the company and know what they make and show that off in the interview.
The interview process for the internship at Denso was smooth and professional. It started with a short HR phone interview focusing on my background and motivation. A few days later, I had a technical interview with a project manager, where we discussed my academic experience and problem-solving approach. The final decision came within a week.
In person interview with three person panel. Asked about school and how my schooling was preparing me for a career. Panel asked me very structured questions with little creativity compared to the typically questions asked.
