I went through an interview process for an internship position after my school studies. it was very straightforward and split into two phases: one with my team leader art director and one with the company's creative director. The questions were mostly about my school experience and how I would approach any projects.

Development of integrated campaigns and creative ideas on adaptation
Smooth process right from the start to end. Overall, lovely environment and atmosphere, and good questions asked. Locality could be better. HR did a good job at reverting fast as well.
After contacting HR (really nice), I had a microsoft teams video call with HR and two more CD - so basically interviewing for two different teams at the same time. Many questions about how well I know programs etc. Overall very classic/traditional ad agency vibe!
