I applied online. I interviewed at DCP Midstream LP in Mar 2017
Interview
I spoke on the phone with the hiring rep, and then the plant manager first before the formal interview was scheduled. This was helpful as I live pretty far away. After the phone interviews, they worked with me for the formal interview due to travel. Good process, and it was never overly stressful. The interview was in their main office, with 2 of the plant managers. They were cordial and friendly through the process. They asked good questions, and allowed and answered questions of my own.

Question 1
What was one thing youve done to improve efficiency in the process as an operator?
The interview was laid back and professional. I met with two supervisors who were very insightful on how the company operates. The interview went very well. I was throughly answered on any questions I had.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DCP Midstream LP (Okarche, OK) in Jan 2020
Interview
I applied on the company website. I was contacted by a third party HR firm and phone screened for potential interview by the HR company. A week later I was scheduled for an interview and apparently did poorly because I wasn't offered an entry level position.
They explicity told me they were picky. Interviewed with two of the plant personnel. Asked a series of behavioral interview questions and my history as a plant operator.
