Quite a strange process from the beginning if I'm honest... First stage was a telephone call with a consultant who has less experience than myself, so when I asked questions he didn't know the answers, was clearly reading from a script and kept explaining he would need to speak to his manager and come back to me. Asked me back for a 2nd stage, and called me about 10 times within the next 24 hours, left emails too etc. I pulled out of the process as I just knew it wasn't for me, but then received LinkedIn messages from the Founder, asking to go in for an interview about a different role. Very odd interviewing process, I get the feeling they're a very old-fashioned agency from the things they said, big on KPIs etc no flexible working hours.
