Interview
We had a straightforward interview and we had to discuss our approach to teaching and classroom management. Furthermore we had to prepare a lesson choosing from a variety of topics--I chose mine on using Roman Numerals (for preschool).

Question 1
They asked about my approach to classroom management.
Met with Principal was asked general questions in regards to working with children and special needs students.
Then met with the Special Education Coordinator who asked follow up questions in regards to working with children as well.
