I applied online. I interviewed at DC International
Interview
I had a phone screening, interview and was about to do a project but the role was canceled. They reached back out a few months later to continue the process which I appreciated because the recruiter, Mrs. Bruce, kept her word. We chatted more and I was really excited to continue the process. I had to complete a project, it was a little lengthy and I felt a bit too much for someone to do but enjoyed it overall. I had a final interview with one of the owners and the manager which was onsite.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The recruiter asked great questions and explained the company. The hiring manager and owner asked a ton of questions that I thought made me get a great feeling about the role and expectations.

Interview
Big waste of time. Complete and total waste of time.
1 phone call interview. 1 video interview. They asked for unpaid, real-world spec. work. A new "browsable" homepage and an email campaign.
I sent them an NDA to cover my bases in case they just wanted to get work from different designers (which looks like I was right).
I had to follow up a week and a half later to find out that they pulled the job posting and are not actually hiring for that position anymore.

Interview
Typical with CS questions and typing test, normal predictive interview questions , background check after took a little long for the level of position and for the pay
