Applied via email. Analyst called me asking for motivation and availability and invited me for the interview. Interview consisted of three consecutive 30 min interviews with analysts/associates. Got called back after two days with the offer

Solid, great people. Mostly behavioral, asking about myself, why I am interested in IB, why I am interested in DC, etc. A couple of technicals, but nothing too challenging, talked a lot about what the M&A process looks like, and why I am interested in it.

Completed on Microsoft Teams for about 25 minutes. A mix of motivational, competency, commercial (including about recent deals the company has completed), and technical questions. They also asked a mental maths question.
