Technical interview by local VP, Technical interview by global lead, HR interview. Most important is technical interview by local VP. It is here where local VP will decide if candidate is suitable for role or not, they provide their feedback to global leads. Global leads ensures the depth of technical knowledge. There might be a round to check fitment of candidate in role by division lead.

Seems fake Interview process to get challenging code done, Fake because they asked to develop quite complicated piece of code which is to be derived by candidate i developed complete application they called me to explain that code to there programmer after giving complete KT they not responding any ways...which doubtful normally no one ask complete application as a test and discussion on it and no response on it once KT is done strange experience.
