DB Corp interview questions

First they will take HR round. Process was almost non technical. I had give her round but couldn't qualify. It was about of 30 minutes. Question are simple like family background, why want to change current organisation. They are Looking. For 2+ year experience person. But I am 4 years experience person in AIML Having Lead ML Designation. Don't know why they doesn't select me. Interview was supposed to be of 15 minutes but it took around 45 minutes

Muito ruim, não perguntam nada e querem saber de tudo ao mesmo tempo. Achei que o processo seletivo não foi muito bem conduzido, poderia ter mais opções de analisar o perfil do profissional com mais propriedade.
