3 steps: phone call, assessment, then in-person interview.
phone call is easy, the assessment is where i have qualms. i was given 3 days to work on it during the work week, they asked for 2 web banners, 3 posters, 2 digital posters, 1 newsletter, 1 story, 1 post... i completed it all for them to not follow up and only a week later after i asked for an update was told my designs "aren't at the level they're looking for", i asked for further clarification to help me in the future and was ignored...

What is your favourite part about design?
What is one challenge you've faced at work and how did you overcome it?
I thought the interview went great. Was even offered to perform a "test" to gauge my skills and timing. However did not hear back from anyone after submitting my test, not even a rejection.

Interview
The interviewers were very friendly however they did confuse me with another candidate which took me aback. I felt the interview was very casual, no formal questions per se - just a good conversation to get to know each other. At the end of the interview I was asked to do a design test over the weekend which I agreed to. Unfortunately once I submitted the test I never heard back from anyone at the company (not even a confirmation of receipt of the completed test).
