I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at DATTCO (New York, NY)
Interview
The interview process was straightforward and professional. I first had a phone screening with HR, followed by a virtual interview with the office manager. They asked about my experience with scheduling, calendar management, and handling confidential information. The interviewers were friendly and gave me an opportunity to ask questions about the company and role. The entire process took about two weeks from application to final decision.

Question 1
Q: Can you describe a time when you had to manage multiple tasks at once?
How did you answer this question?
I explained how, in a previous role, I managed phone calls, calendar scheduling, and document preparation at the same time. I prioritized based on deadlines and importance, and I used tools like Outlook and Trello to stay organized and ensure nothing fell through the cracks.
