DAI Project Associate interview questions

There were two rounds of interviews for the Project Associate role. Each interview was one hour with 3 employees of the team I would join including my future supervisor. The first interview was followed by a writing and excel test which assessed basic communications and analytical skills.

Unecessarily long hiring process that involved 4 in phone and in person interviews and spanned over 2 months. Interviews were fairly easy with friendly staff. Two tests: Excel and writing skills.
