Two supervisors interviewed me: the company owner Darran and the lead technician (and insurance representative) Kem. They had me sit down in a small office room with them at Darran's desk and discuss my past experience as well as what I was looking for in a new job. They also asked me about my previous salary and what salary I would accept. I answered honestly and then they had me complete tests for my Missouri Pharmacy Technician License.
