Interview
I applied online and received a phone call that explained how the interview process was going to be. Then the interview was thru Skype and was asked basic questions about my experience. After that, I received another call to test my interpreting skills.
Over the phone interview, several stages. English language proficiency and interpretation. The over the phone interview and test will have you tell about yourself, and interpret several medical and financial phrases at a time.

Interviews consisted of in person and over the phone, with a mixture of answering questions in both languages as well being tested on vocabulary. Both interviewers were friendly and made the experience positive.
