I completed a phone screen followed by an interview with an RM. During the interview, I was asked to reiterate my understanding of the job.
I was told I would hear back the following week and never received any follow-up.
I understand that not every candidate will advance. What I don’t understand is a lack of basic respect and communication. A simple update reflects professionalism and respect for a candidate’s time.
It was not a smooth experience, with two trying to sabotage you with questions that are not relevant to the job description mentioned not the job designation written .
You can manage through, but leaves a bitter taste in the mouth

Interview
My first call was with a recruiter, followed by the Head of Total Rewards and Business Unit Counsel. My final call was with the CHRO. And while I didn't receive the role, I felt I was treated well likely apply again in the future if a suitable role pops up.
