The interview process took whole day
First there was an online assessment a week before online web cam based mettle test
After that face - face at kochi office
Came morning interview ended 8pm night
Had 3-4 rounds of technical interview. Based on technical skills to write or implement OOPS concepts via paper pen using an example, write SQL queries mainly subquery and join based medium level hardness and also technical questions from javascript based on resume academic project disscussion and lot of puzzle brain buster questions ended night 8pm started morning around 10:30 am.

Interview
Applied for the Software Engineer role at Cyncly and received a call from the HR team within one day.
Technical Round 1 included JavaScript/React snippet outputs, DSA, OOPs, and a coding question focused on problem-solving approach.
Technical-Managerial Round 2 covered scenario-based questions, snippet outputs, project discussion, and code optimization.
Final HR round discussed experience and relocation.
Overall, the process was smooth and well-structured, and I received an offer.

It took too long. Almost 12 hours. There was 3 rounds of interview. All three rounds were technical. Each round took about 30 to 40 minutes. Interview was mainly resume based.
