I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cybernet Systems Corp. (Ann Arbor, MI) in May 2010
Interview
I submitted my resume on their website my senior year of college. I was contacted a few months later to set up a phone interview. My phone interview was simple and nothing unexpected. Basic programming questions, and personal questions. I then came to Ann Arbor for an in person interview. It was several hours in the morning, and the questions were very hard, and regular personal questions were sprinkled in. It is possible that I was given way more questions than normal because I was answering them all correctly.

Question 1
Many multi-threaded algorithm problems. A couple of huge image pixel averaging questions, with a dynamic programming solution.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Cybernet Systems Corp.
Interview
After a phone interview, I was brought in to meet with a variety of people. Mostly engineers. Lots of questions, mainly technical, but also on style of work, hobbies, etc. They were receptive of questions, and seemed to really enjoy talking about technology. At the end they gave a tour, discussed projects (at a high level) and I met other employees.
