Interview
First I got an phone from the HR who asks me to go on-site interview. Then a standard TOEIC test. Afterwards, a sheet of C questions. Some are basic, some are advanced (pointers, array vs pointers, address...). The score came out immediately. Then we discussed some technical questions about the work. The offer was given out about 1 week later. The interviewer is nice and warm.

Q: The reason why you fail the online coding test?
1. Applied in cyberlink website.
2. On site interview. I interviewed with engineers from two different department. Each interview took about 30 minutes.
3. After technique interviews, I interviewed with the human resource. She told me that the feedback to my performance is positive and told me the advantages of joining this company.
