I faced Rude or condescending tone from interviewers, almost like they’re trying to “catch” mistakes instead of exploring your knowledge.
They were showing ego or superiority complex, making it feel more like an interrogation than a discussion.

Interview
The process included a couple of technical interviews online and a "cultural" interview that was on site. They also requested references of people I've worked with. The difficulty of the interviews was okay for me, but it included testing skills in several different domains, which may be difficult for people with more targeted skill sets. The cultural interview focused on soft skills and past experience.

The process consists of 5 steps - HR interview, technical interview with the team lead, pair-programming session, system design interview and culture fit interview. The technical interviews are hard. The pay range is below average.
