I first had a phone screening with a recruiter, who asked a lot of quantity-based questions. He took several weeks to get back with next steps after our call. I then did 2 back-to-back interviews with members of the Events team. I appreciate that they were scheduled together and respectful of my time, but it was clear that the team members were not prepared to ask questions. They also had very different answers to my inquires about job logistics (e.g. travel, software used, etc) than the recruiter did - I would advise them to be sure the recruiter is on the same page about the realities of the position.
