We do set quite a high bar for our candidates but we follow the same process for everyone - and we need everyone to meet the same standards. We have to be totally fair and think about how other candidates have performed in interviews.
We’re sorry that you didn’t feel the feedback was enough - this is really important to us. We can’t talk about the details of your interview here (to protect your privacy), but we’d be more than happy to give you some more info if you drop one of the team an email.
We’re also sorry that the process took so long. We really do understand how important this is. We always try to make the process as quick as possible - but on this occasion a few things got in the way - like candidate availability, evaluation and annual leave. But thats no excuse and although we are sure this was a one-off we’ll try to do better in future.
