Cut+Dry interview questions

Standard first interview (although it was more conversational than Q+A). I followed up afterwards thanking them for their time and never heard back. No follow up telling me they had selected another candidate or anything. Ghosting is unprofessional and it makes me question the organization culture as a whole.

I only had one call, and it did not feel like a proper interview. I then never heard back. This felt a little weird honestly. The company seems quite disorganized.
