I found the job through Handshake! I sent them my resume, a cover letter, and some previous Marketing work I had done at school with a local non-profit. They replied with several questions they wanted me to answer relating specifically to their website, social media pages, and marketing strategies I would suggest. After replying I was offered an on-site interview that lasted at least an hour and a half. My interviewer was fun to interview with, and I wasn't nervous because the questions were mostly related to either my previous working experience, classes, the writing example I had sent, etc. I was offered a job the day of immediately after the interview.
