A great opportunity to learn more about the company, through questions and considerations throughout to determine suitability for the role. HR and manager present throughout to ensure a good fit understanding the requirements of the position.
It was an impersonal interview a brief interview where they ask questions about how to handle high call volumes. The interview lasted about half an hour. I met with someone name, Michael. He is the Director of operations. He was looking to hire immediately in the position was partially remote.
